I Munch on Gotham's Green Belts

[Novel Blurb]

You downloaded an RPG that claims to give players absolute freedom.

So, can you swim in the Pacific, crawl along twisted streets, pull up every strip of greenery, steal some poor sucker's pants, and ride the "Unparalleled Rocket Launcher" to blast yourself into outer space?

"No!!!" the System shrieked.

One day, some unimportant NPCs were trading weapons at Gotham Harbor when, all of a sudden, a water ghost crawled out of the sea. From that moment on, not a single intact strip of greenery remained in Gotham.

A rumor suddenly began circulating around Gotham: if you walked out into the street at two in the morning, the person you met might not be Batman, but a dastardly clothes thief. According to one unimportant thug, he'd once been drunk and walking down the street when he saw the clothes thief stealing Robin's clothes. It was absolutely savage. When he ran away in terror, he glanced back and locked eyes with the thief. All he saw in the night were a pair of fierce yellow eyes, oval-shaped and glowing like two yellow light bulbs.
