Ye Chenyu only smiled and gently took his hand.
“You’ve fallen for me?”
Jiang Yiming paused. In an instant, the gun was snapped in two, and Ye Chenyu flipped him onto his back. He trembled slightly and looked up at Ye Chenyu.
Ye Chenyu held down his shaking fingertips and pointed to his own heart. He said softly:
“Then you should aim here.”
“Not away from anything vital.”

1. This is a BL novel with marriage and childbirth, but the protagonists will not have children.
2. The setting is entirely fictional, with no real-world timeline logic. Please don’t apply real-world logic to it!
3. Childbirth doesn’t work like it does in reality. A spirit core gathers inside Xiao/Xian, and the belly does not grow larger.
4. The side couples won’t all be BL, and other romances will feature. They don’t take up much of the story, but please don’t read if that bothers you.
