[F1] Listening to the Wind in the Paddock

*I'm so frustrated from revising that my writing spirit has collapsed... I wanted to write better, so I read some books, and then realized my writing really is a pile of crap. The plot, prose, and pacing aren't enough to support a long story. I'm so determined to write this one well that I've gotten a bit obsessive. There are so many women I want to write about, and I can't let them appear with the level of skill I have now.

*Thank you so much to the little angels who were willing to read my story. Maybe I'll come back when I'm able to write it well TT

Evelyn Beaumont has many firsts to her name.

The first woman to become a world champion.

The first driver to stand on the podium and say, "I'm not the exception. I'm the beginning."

The first madwoman to break her opponents with her pace and write a tactical textbook through sheer composure...

But in her heart, there has always been just one thing she loves most:

The sound of the wind passing her ears the first time she drove a go-kart.

I'm just a racing fan who only watches the races, so this will be a very competition-focused story. I've done some more studying on romance, and I'm ready to go again! There'll be family and friendship, too (thumbs up). And there'll... there'll be romance, too? (wipes sweat)

#Warnings

- Very long story, slow burn, plot-focused

- Starts in the go-kart days. Volume One covers the story before entering F1 (currently planned to be around 45 chapters); the remaining four volumes (or maybe five) will all be about F1, from 2019 to 2025

- I revise obsessively. When I get further along and look back, I find that the earlier parts are a pile of crap

- Fans of Ocon 31 and Antonio 99, maybe... just keep scrolling
