As a severely socially anxious person who can't talk to humans at all, you can only play with animals.

Then one day, your mother said, "You need to make a few human friends."

You had no choice but to leave home and end your leave of absence, against your will.

At first, you ran whenever you saw someone. If anyone spoke to you, you'd get nervous, stammer, blush, and babble. It got so bad that you might even faint if you were at the center of a crowd.

But soon, you discovered a solution: imagine the other person as an animal.

A socially anxious little calico, come here, kitty-kitty~

A lively little orange dog, here, puppy-puppy~

A silly, adorable owl, come along~

A few months later, at your follow-up appointment, the doctor was in tears and clasped your mother's hand. "Her social anxiety has improved so much!"

3. The female lead genuinely has social anxiety and a moderate psychological disorder. She's sensitive and suspicious, tends to overthink and convince herself of things, and at first neither dares nor wants to talk to people (though she can just about converse normally with her family).

The protagonist isn't perfect: she's innocent and kind, not a purely evil woman or an invincible powerhouse. There are plenty of awkward and pathetic moments. If you want an invincible, feel-good female lead, you can leave now.
