After graduating, Ye Xining found a stable job with little work and little pay. The longer she worked, the less she earned. At this rate, she'd soon be living on air. By chance, she got the opportunity to test the most advanced full-immersion virtual game on the market as a player.
Ye Xining glanced at the figure on the advertisement and slapped her thigh. "The money's here!"
For the money, Ye Xining was all in!
A serial killer disguised as a delivery worker.
A gentle, charming caregiver who eats people.
A sinister mountain god.
A brothel owner who manipulates people's hearts.
An emissary from hell in a psychiatric hospital.
Ye Xining fought her way through every challenge, killing with whatever came to hand.
What? Her ex-boyfriend? Ye Xining swung her axe and killed him even more brutally. (Not really.)
A short story, fully completed. Enjoy!
