In the year 3050 of the Nova Calendar, undercurrents stir on Lian Star, neighboring the Alliance's economic heartland. The stern Space Force Colonel Yan Wenjun and reserved geological expert Su Zherou have known each other for thirteen years. Their work keeps them apart more often than not. Both are exceptional in their respective fields, and neither is good at expressing their feelings.
Yan Wenjun sometimes wonders: without him, Zherou could devote herself entirely to her career and shine in the field she loves.
Su Zherou does not want to admit that the colonel, who would give his life for mechs and space, is maintaining their marriage out of a sense of duty.

Su Zherou has never told her Alpha colonel that she has been an advisor to the classified Project Starblade for nine years. At the command center of the Space Force base at Silverstar Harbor, she will personally watch Wenjun pilot a mech and drop the meteor bombs she helped optimize.
A bittersweet, feel-good story about two powerful people who never say what they feel. Each thinks the other loves their career more than them, and after years of regret, they finally realize how deeply they love each other.
