At seven, Luffy, wearing a straw hat and with snot running down his face, found a plane that had made an emergency landing due to mechanical trouble on the shore of the East Blue.
Of course, the person who climbed out of it was the one who taught him the word "plane." She was a girl his age, and she told him she was the only pilot in the world who flew a plane across these seas.
They spent the entire summer together while waiting for the replacement parts to be made. Then the two untamable children, who could never learn to be content, parted ways by the sea.
"I'm going to be King of the Pirates, the freest person in the world!"
"Then I'll be the one to destroy that dream of yours."
"Huh? What?! Wen, you're so mean!"
The little straw-hatted monkey stamped his feet in anger. Haildrow Wen put on her flight cap and goggles, then grinned at him.
"You can be the freest person for just one day, Luffy, because after that, I'll make everyone in this world equally free. Then you won't be the 'freest' anymore!"
"That's my dream."
"Let's meet again at the end of our dreams."
Before transmigrating into this world, Haildrow Wen thought of One Piece as a cheerful little manga about sailing.
So after arriving in this world, she decided to set sail and start a little business.
As a Dream-Dream Fruit user who couldn't hurt a fly, she spent her nights linking up with people to dream together, and her days flying around in her plane to do a little business.
And somehow, she ended up becoming the "heart of the revolution" and bringing down the World Government.

Of course, she couldn't have done all this alone.
The victory belonged to her and her comrades, as well as every person on these seas. And, of course, she had to thank the straw-hatted kid who smashed everything to pieces.
In return, she ended his dream as promised, letting him be King of the Pirates for just one day, because after that, there were no more pirates on the seas.
Only countless "ordinary" people sailing in pursuit of their dreams and livelihoods.

- The female lead transmigrates. The pairing is set: Luffy. Before transmigrating, she was a socially active casual viewer and doesn't know the plot. After arriving in the One Piece world, she joins the Revolutionary Army.
- The story focuses on the ensemble. There are three other major original characters besides the female lead, including people she snags from other worlds with her Devil Fruit ability. Basically, it's a potluck of ideas that weren't quite enough to stand on their own, but don't worry, the main plot won't feel scattered. I'm the sort of person who could play a game a hundred times and still always choose the revolution route, so every character serves the same ultimate goal.
- A supporting character has a yuri romance with Hancock. If that's not your thing, please don't read.
