After spending money to level up and becoming one of the Green Clan's few top officers, Fushimi Saruhiko is sent by the Green King, Hisui Nagare, to serve as a hostage in the transnational criminal organization known as the Distillery, supposedly in the name of cooperation. A connection gets him a code name with little effort. In return, the Distillery's boss asks him to go undercover and sow discord in the Green Clan.

The day after receiving his code name, his former former boss, Munakata Reisi, arrives before his former boss, Hisui Nagare, with his shattered King's Sword. Just as planned, Fushimi betrays Hisui Nagare.

He figures the Green King might execute him on the spot, or idiot Misaki might save him, or his idiot boss might save him. He never expected the Distillery to be so efficient.

The one who comes flying over the rooftops to pick him up is a blond, dark-skinned man: Bourbon Whiskey from the organization's intelligence division, real name Furuya Rei, an undercover agent for Public Security. He comes to save him with his newly awakened superpower.

Former delinquent, former head of the intelligence section of Special Investigation Team Four in the Tokyo Legal Affairs Bureau's Family Registry Division, former Jungle player, now promoted to Green Phantom, a senior member of a transnational criminal organization.

Congratulations, congratulations.

Four members and one ghost of the Police Academy group survive.
