The Price of Four Cherry Blossom Petals

I love stories about the five of them. My writing isn't great, so please click away if that's not for you.

The Black Organization collapsed overnight, and Rei Furuya paid a heavy price.

“If you could trade your identity and honor to save your fellow trainees and Natalie, would you?” While recovering in a hospital bed from gunshot wounds and injuries sustained during the organization's interrogation, Rei Furuya heard a mysterious voice in a dream.

“I would.”

“You must never approach them of your own accord after they come back to life, or the magic will fail.”

“I understand.”

“No one will remember Rei Furuya.” Unless...

“I know.”

And so Rei Furuya became Toru Amuro, a man just released from prison after serving seven years for a gang fight. Carrying the scars left by his struggle against the Black Organization, he went from job to job to make a living...

A happy ending where the four cherry blossoms willingly draw near the lonely fifth petal.
