1v1 | Happy ending | A living man who wandered into hell and is afraid of ghosts x an overworked ghost officer who is afraid of the living
They say that people who committed crimes while drunk in life all fall into the Hell of Wailing.
Sakata Gintoki never believed in that stuff.
When you die, nothing remains. Hell is just something people made up to scare children.
Don't go to sleep and the Big Bad Wolf will get you. Be a naughty kid and Black Peter will toss you into an icy lake... It's all nonsense.
But what in the world was this desolate, eerie place in front of him? The sky over Kabukicho wasn't black! Where had all the neon signs gone? Why did the stench of some old guy's vomit smell like sulfur now?
He grabbed a girl who was passing by.
"Please, tell me where I am!"
The girl turned around. Her face was ghastly pale, unlike anything he had ever seen.

As Lord Hozuki's handpicked assistant, Mitsuru wasn't naturally a workaholic. But in hopes of earning more of her beloved Lord Hozuki's regard, she always worked late.
That day, she planned to finish her rounds and then enjoy a couple of drinks in the red-light district, but a silver-haired man with naturally curly hair latched onto her.
The good news: Lord Hozuki specially praised her for saving that living person.
The bad news: The thing she feared most in the world was living people.
And there was even worse news: That living person was terrified of ghosts, too.

Before you read:
- Set after the main Gintama story ends, and crosses over with Hozuki's Coolheadedness.
- All jokes and commentary are for the sake of the story and do not reflect the author's views.
- There are many personal additions, so characters may be out of character.
Theme: Life may be full of regrets, but what's more important is making the most of the present.
What an interesting setting, looking forward to the follow-up
