Wild Wind and Sand

During the period when I stopped writing, I tried to write some stories, but unfortunately I was never able to immerse myself in the stories I wanted to create. Writing is the spice of my life. When I'm particularly sad, I don't like to talk, and I basically rely on words to heal myself. But in the past two years, no matter how sad I was, I couldn't write anything, especially stories about characters in my fantasy. My condition has improved a bit recently, so I decided to write this essay to tell the story of the past two years. It is said to be a story, but in fact it is more of a travelogue, about my motorcycle trip. The story of wind and freedom taking me away from moderate depression and anxiety. Wild wind means freedom. The grain of sand is here, where I walked. Xinjiang south and Xinjiang north. Coincidentally, after my symptoms have eased a lot in the past few months, I have met several friends who also fell into depression for almost the same reasons as me. I would like to write this essay to all those who are suffering from the same problem. I hope you can come out too. Purpose: I would like to write this essay to express sympathy to all those who are suffering from the same disease.
