From kindergarten through their first year of high school, Jiang Yu and Ji Yu were classmates.

Until the day a sudden downpour hit during a school outing and Jiang Yu was stranded on a mountain. When Ji Yu turned back to rescue her, someone else had already gotten there first.
And so, more than a decade of affection was stained with “mud” in the year before they were about to grow up.
Later, a variety of circumstances separated them, and the heavy hand of fate pushed them farther and farther apart.
But can the love planted in one's youth really be uprooted so easily?

Jiang Yu listens to the surging crowd and tears up;
Ji Yu stands amid the thronging voices, seeing only one person.
