[Rewriting the blurb and revising the whole story]
[The previous version really was a bit too stream-of-consciousness, so I threw this together. I'll replace it if I come up with something better.]
On an utterly ordinary day, while lying on an operating table in the Estoraneo Laboratory, a pair of twins who had both lost an eye glimpsed the threads of fate.
Some transmigrator, whoever they were, had apparently been ground to dust and generously left their memories to the poor little test subjects.
Younger brother Geppetto: Even if I have to become the government's lapdog in this life, I refuse to be a dog for the Mafia.
Older sister Carlo: Being a writer or a soldier would both be fine, but given how screwed up this world is, we'll probably still end up as Mafia dogs.
To avoid becoming Mafia dogs, the Lorenzini twins unanimously decided to run away after getting revenge. There was no way they'd go to Japan in this life, a place where fate seemed determined to turn them into Mafia dogs.
And so, Paul Verlaine, the Frenchman who had come to Italy on a mission, got shaken down by a bunch of unscrupulous brats.
Deputy Director Baudelaire of the Abedos Bureau made it clear he had no intention of taking responsibility.
*Not sure if I can pull off this pairing. Anyway, I originally started writing this to get with Verlaine.
*Anyway, Verlaine is the least devious person in the whole story.
Theme: Even a fate set in stone deserves to be challenged by someone
The apprentice is not only filial but also caring for his younger siblings. This is your blessing, Mr. Baudelaire 🐶
A group of people want to create a world with only ordinary people, and a group of people want to eliminate ordinary people. Let's fight first. It feels easier to destroy the world directly. After all, it saves the time of sorting 🐶
Come on, I think it will be easier to sign a contract if it is labeled as a comic series.
It's a pity, but I'm looking forward to the next book. Of course it would be better if this could be completed
Healthy love is certainly enviable, But abnormal love is really wonderful.
Good-looking, good-looking, good-looking, good-looking, good-looking, good-looking 😚
I like everything written in big words, come on big big 💪
Although I have given up taking the teaching qualification exam, I still have a headache after seeing Rousseau. Education is really difficult to memorize.
