The Champion's Speech

Beneath a very tall tree, a contest to see who could move the slowest was held.

The winner turned out to be a sloth who lived high up in the tree.

But the winning sloth claimed it had only been climbing down and never meant to enter the contest.

The little animals all began asking questions about this claim.

If the sloth didn't want to enter, why did it climb down?

And when the little animals learned the reason, why did they all leave?
