My Nemesis Flirts with Me Every Day

Reborn into a new life, he became a man who liked men, and everyone knew it.

[Scatterbrained Top x Composed Bottom]

Qin Yeguang, son of the Marquis of Qingping, had been forced into military service in his previous life. He fought for three years, and his country fell.

After living again, he shut himself away at home for a month and finally saw the truth: this country was doomed. The sooner he packed up and got his whole family out, the better. Escaping the ravages of war was what mattered!

Of course, he still had to play the wastrel. Everything had to be done on the quiet.

His acting was good. No one knew he had become a different person, except his archenemy.

After the banquet, Xie Lingbi drunkenly collapsed into his arms. His usually proper, refined face was flushed, and his calm eyes glimmered with tears, as if he were about to cry.

Qin Yeguang's heart pounded. Then the man asked, "What did you do to that little girl?"

Qin Yeguang: Oh no. The little girl is key to my plan. Has this bastard figured something out?

He seduced me for no reason at all. He really did have bad intentions!

Only later did he find out.

"You were reborn too? How did you die?"

"When the Great Yong fell, I killed myself at your grave. Back then... I made a wish."

Every son of the prestigious Xie family was a finely crafted jade. Xie Lingbi's original name was Xie Bi, and his courtesy name was Liancheng. A fortune-teller said his spiritual aperture had yet to awaken, so they added the character Ling to the middle of his original name.

Lingbi means stone.

Born into a turbulent age, with a ruler who had lost the Way, he had great talent but no chance to serve his country, and could not even protect the person he loved most.

"I once thought I could turn the tide. But with the country in such a state, perhaps everything was decided long ago. I am not the gifted talent or precious jade people hope for. In the eyes of the world, I don't matter that much."

But the young marquis, who spent his days chasing cats and teasing dogs, didn't agree.

Qin Yeguang took his hand and grinned, flashing a row of white teeth.

"But the stone I want is you. Maybe you're nothing in other people's eyes, but to me, you're worth a fortune."

Given another chance, with the great edifice on the verge of collapse and no way to turn things around, those who refuse to give up fight with all their might. It turns out that we are both stubborn stones.
