There are two high-odds betting pools on the curse users' dark web.
One is about who can kill the strongest Six Eyes prodigy in the jujutsu world. The other is about who can marry the Black Widow of the Zenin family and survive.
The two people at the center of these bets had nothing to do with each other. The first had already become the terror of curse users, while the second had worn mourning clothes to see off one husband after another.
Until the two families announced that the head of the Gojo family and the acting head of the Zenin family would soon be married.
A new betting pool appeared: which would prove stronger, the Six Eyes, or Zenin Airi's hard-to-kill constitution?
One certain strongest really hated Zenin Airi.
Really.
He hated her fake smile, her ambiguous tone, her willingness to use anything, her manipulation of people's hearts, and the way she knelt like a doll at a meeting of the higher-ups, saying:
"That isn't in accordance with the rules, Lord Gojo."
What the heck? The head of the Gojo family stormed off, blowing the shoji doors to pieces. Now he couldn't even hear her name?
From the corridor, he could still hear the hollow consolations of the old mandarins among the higher-ups. "Gojo's getting worse and worse... But you should be used to it by now."
Who was actually being unreasonable here? And who was the one who should be getting comforted?
Airi inherited the Limitless technique from her father's bloodline and was born into a noble status. But Limitless without the Six Eyes was a bomb with no countdown, and that noble status meant she was destined to give her life for it.
Meanwhile, some people could sit high above in the clouds without sacrificing a thing, looking down on others as if they were ants and dust.
She didn't want to die.
She would rather accept an arranged marriage than die.
She would rather be the Zenin family's most loyal dog if that was what it took to stay alive.
She wanted to face the person who had been born with everything. She wanted to turn the old world into ruins and establish a new order of her own.
Airi thought about it day and night.
Why couldn't the Six Eyes be mine?
Why couldn't the Six Eyes be mine?
Zenin Airi would get everything she wanted.
Everyone knows that the Three Great Families are the epitome of feudal corruption in the jujutsu world, so it wouldn't be strange for them to have [arranged marriages]. And it would be perfectly normal for the heads of the Three Great Families to lead the way by arranging marriages for their own families.
[But one of the people involved is the strongest. That's not normal, is it? Who would have thought that the rebellious head of the Gojo family would obediently marry a woman from his mortal enemy, the Zenin family, and even seem to do whatever she says?]
5t5: What's not normal about that? Isn't it perfectly normal to listen to your wife?
Airi: The jujutsu revolution is over. Why are there still old fossils asking questions like this? Was the purge not thorough enough?
