Becoming a Martial Arts Champion, Starting as a Recruit

#Career plans are always changing#

#Traveling spider, boldly exploring the world#

After the founding of the nation, spirits are forbidden!

Unfortunately, Linglong misses the last chance to become a spirit. Just as she takes human form, a bolt of heavenly lightning sends her back to ancient times.

At the critical moment, she enters the body of a village girl who has just breathed her last. But her mind works only sometimes, and she’s prone to splitting into different personalities.

For various reasons, she runs away from home, disguises herself as a man, assumes someone else’s identity, and goes off to study, making plenty of friends along the way.

She samples delicious food now and then, spars with people, and picks up the “cultivation manuals” that pop out of humans. Life is full of flavor, and she enjoys herself so much she forgets to go home.

But all that is in the past.

Now that she’s returned from her studies, she faces the serious problem of finding a job.

All kinds of strange people keep appearing, making life one twist after another.

The business world, the imperial court, the martial world...

What was she going to do again?

Newly awakened, Linglong is often confused.

It takes the arrival of a military contract to remind her of all her earlier career plans.

The impoverished-minded spider spirit is suddenly enlightened. Combining them all, she arrives at a simple, unified goal.

Eat, cultivate, rise above the rest!
