A Polar Bear’s Summer Trip

Dabai the polar bear got a call from his human friend Xia Xia. Summer had arrived, the watermelons in her garden were ripe, and she invited him over.

Dabai had grown up in the snowy Arctic and had never seen summer, with its scorching sun, sweet and crunchy watermelons, and melodious cicadas.

Dabai packed his bags at once and prepared a handful of snow as a gift for Xia Xia, who had never seen it, then set off on his journey.

When he arrived at Xia Xia's home, he realized the snow had already melted.

Xia Xia took him by the hand and bought him a bowl of sweet shaved ice, white as snow.
