Something important came up, so I won't be able to update this year. Updates will resume on January 1, 2027. Sorry, everyone!!! See you next year, lovebirds!
Interview in progress...
Reporter: Are you saying your puppy turned into a human?
Qin Qing: That's right. I saw it with my own eyes. (Absolutely certain.)
Reporter: Can you describe what happened in detail?
Qin Qing: It was a dark and stormy night. I... (A whole bunch of descriptive prose omitted here.)
Reporter: Sorry to interrupt, but you've said a lot and your puppy hasn't appeared in the story at all.
Qin Qing: Of course not. I haven't gotten to that part yet. You're so impatient. (Disapproving look, as if disappointed in you.)
Reporter: (Speechless.) Fine, go on, but please get to the point.
Qin Qing: The point? Oh, I watched my adorable puppy run into an alley. When he came out, he'd turned into a person. But maybe the transformation didn't work properly, because he couldn't turn his puppy self away. (Extremely shocked, but a little regretful.)
Reporter: (As if looking at an idiot.) Wait, what? Could it be that there was a person and a dog?
Qin Qing: Exactly! A dog went poof and turned into a person. You don't believe me? (Cute, puzzled face.)
Ji Nan arrives at the interview.
Qin Qing: Oh, tell him! Wasn't it you who turned from a dog into a person? (Excitedly points at Ji Nan.)
Ji Nan (looking utterly doting): Of course. I really am happy to be your dog, darling.
Reporter (gritting his teeth): You're just showing off your relationship, aren't you? Aren't you!!!
Well, actually, this is a straightforward campus romance with no fantasy elements at all.
In a nutshell: A handsome guy who looks cute but wants people to call him cool meets a boyfriend who's genuinely cool.
Theme: Everything is fate
