[Western Crossover] Genderbent Superman, But in the Main Universe

Lex Luthor, self-proclaimed guardian deity of Metropolis, possessor of ninth-level intelligence, billionaire capitalist, sworn enemy of the Son of Krypton, staunch humanist, world-class collector of Kryptonite, and the Kryptonians' patron saint of fertility... Never imagined that one day a Kryptonian would confess her love to him with tears in her eyes. "Lex, you're the person I love most on this Earth!" At the time, he was standing on a continent of Kryptonite he'd just grown, with his nemesis beside him, stripped of his superpowers. And the Kryptonian who'd confessed to him, inexplicable, unreasonable, and downright insane, was happily gnawing on a Kryptonite pillar like it was an ear of corn. Luthor: ... This world must be insane. * When Krypton was destroyed, the infant Kara became the last survivor of the power-worshipping House of El and of Krypton itself. She should have landed in a spaceship on an Earth under a red sun, where she would have grown into a powerful, evil, cruel, greedy, and cowardly crime boss. But in fact, she landed in a completely different universe. Here, she was a Kryptonian oddity, allergic to yellow sunlight and sustained by Kryptonite. Here, too, the kind Kents named her Clover, and she grew up in the Kansas cornfields alongside her "brother," Clark. * Years later. Clover decided that Kansas and Metropolis were better suited to the sunny, fitness-walking Clark. So she went to college in Gotham and made her debut as a supervillain on the side. Naturally, she kept it secret from her family. After getting into a few fights with Gotham's protectors, and even taking a day trip to Arkham, the World's Greatest Detective figured out that she was a Kryptonian who gained power by eating Kryptonite. And so a prolonged battle over Kryptonite broke out in Gotham! When Batman had finally collected an enormous supply of Kryptonite, his partner, another famous Kryptonian, solemnly announced his fatal weakness to his Justice League teammates: Kryptonite. "That's right, Kryptonite can kill me, so if you come across any, please give it to me to deal with," he said. Batman, with a warehouse stocked full of Kryptonite: O.o Clark, with those thick eyebrows and earnest eyes, who would've thought you'd lie to get free food? Clark, who just wanted to sneak his little sister some snacks: Huh? What did I do wrong? In one sentence: The story of the gender-swapped Ultraman becoming the Supergirl of the main universe. Notes: 1. Ultraman is the Superman of an inverted universe. He fears yellow sunlight and gains his powers from Kryptonite and red sunlight. 2. Smallville -> Gotham -> Metropolis 3. There are many headcanons and unavoidable out-of-character moments. 4. Clark is the likely love interest, but the romance will only begin once she is an adult and their familial relationship has been severed. Theme: Love can make us into different people.
