Shen Que was bound to a Redemption System.
But he thought the System had chosen the wrong redemption target. Compared to the universally adored protagonist, whose stats were maxed out, someone else was the one who needed saving.
[They all want to drag you into the mire, to send you to hell. I insist you be like the moon, like the blazing sun, forever shining high above.]
A hedonistic mission-taker top x a cold, aloof, universally disliked bottom
Both are each other's only one, 1v1, doting on each other, redemption.
