Nie Xiangyi, the eldest daughter of the Yongyi Marquis's household, was willful, bold, and spoiled.
This beautiful but useless young lady insisted that she would marry the renowned Third Prince, Xie Zhi.
By then, the whole capital knew about it, and everyone laughed at Nie Xiangyi's delusions.
Everyone knew that Xie Zhi was as refined and handsome as an orchid and jade, aloof and noble. Like a cold moon in the sky, he was naturally far beyond anyone's reach.
But by a twist of fate, Nie Xiangyi was drugged and had no choice but to turn to Xie Zhi for help.
The usually arrogant and ill-tempered young lady softened her voice. Weakly clinging to his neck, her eyes brimming with tears, she spoke in a trembling voice.
“Xie Zhi, please help me...”
Later, the emperor granted them a marriage, sealing their fate together.
After their wedding, even though he remained distant and indifferent, Nie Xiangyi still lavished all her affection on him.
It was all because, as a girl, she had fallen for him at first sight during the Lantern Festival.
By chance, Nie Xiangyi overheard him talking about her to someone else.
Xie Zhi's voice was cold and impatient. “I've hated her for a long time.”
It was like having a bucket of cold water poured over her head.
She had thought he was simply cold by nature, but it turned out he just hated her.
Nie Xiangyi was so angry she teared up, and sent Xie Zhi a divorce agreement.
*
Since childhood, Xie Zhi had been taught how to be a proper prince.
To follow the rules and keep his emotions in check.
Until Nie Xiangyi barged into his line of sight, making herself impossible to tolerate.
He hated her spoiled, willful nature. He hated her doing whatever she pleased.
He hated how fickle she was.
He hated how she liked the young master of the Wang family today, then took a fancy to a young man from the Pei family tomorrow.
And most of all, he hated her for...
making him lose his breath on the day she was drugged.
For tearing apart the mask of aloofness he had worn so falsely.
Until the divorce agreement landed before him, and everyone breathed a sigh of relief for him, glad he was finally free of her infatuated entanglements.
Who would have thought that Xie Zhi, usually so aloof and restrained, would block Nie Xiangyi's path out of the capital? His eyes dark with unspoken emotion, he spoke in a voice cold as ice.
“Where do you think you're going?”
You were the one who started this. How can I let you escape so easily?

Blurb for The Cold and Detached Husband I Forced into Marriage Is a Psycho
Liu Lingyue was known in the capital as a beautiful fool.
But she used some rather unsavory methods to successfully marry Pei Yuhuai.
Pei Yuhuai was the only son of the Prince Regent. He was as noble as moonlight and as cold as snow.
Among the young noblemen of the capital, he was the most untouchable, the one every young lady longed for.
But Liu Lingyue didn't like Pei Yuhuai at all.
She had schemed to marry him only because he was the man her legitimate elder sister dreamed of day and night.
She wanted to take everything her sister liked.
*
After marrying into the prince's household, Liu Lingyue and her peerlessly handsome husband were together in name only.
He was proper as jade, aloof and distant, a man with a truly cold nature.
She knew Pei Yuhuai didn't like her either, so she always avoided him.
Still, she often felt a sticky gaze watching her in the dark from somewhere out of sight.
Until one day, she went on an outing with her childhood friend, and Pei Yuhuai, usually as proper as jade, suddenly appeared and stabbed the young man through the chest without a trace of emotion.
Warm blood nearly splashed across her cheek.
Cold fingertips slithered over her cheek like a snake, wiping away the blood.
Only then did she realize where that gaze had come from: her usually aloof and noble husband, Pei Yuhuai.
*
Terrified and panicked, Liu Lingyue tried to escape.
Pei Yuhuai merely watched as she packed her valuables and other belongings.
Like a cat toying with a mouse, he appeared before her like a demon just as she thought she was about to escape. His gentle smile was as chilling as a ghost's.
He fastened a delicate gold chain around her ankle. Possessiveness blazed from his bloodshot eyes.
“A Yue, you’re being naughty. You chose this yourself, so how can you run away?”
Little scene:
Everyone said Liu Lingyue had used clumsy tricks to scheme her way into marrying the cold, proper Pei Yuhuai.
Only Pei Yuhuai knew the truth. When Liu Lingyue blushed and handed him the cup of wine laced with drugs, his eyes darkened and the corner of his lips lifted ever so slightly. Then he drained the cup.
Theme: Love breaks through everything.
I finished reading this short article very quickly. The heroine was so miserable. Because of the influence of the fake prince's life experience and the struggle for the throne, she lost her biological mother and her maternal grandfather who loved her.
I want to see the if line 🤷 and there is no guarantee that my parents are still alive 😳
Want to see if line childhood sweetheart [Panda Head]

"Looking at the horizon with Xie Chengxin..." This is a big bug for the author~ Is it with Nie Xiangyi [Spreading Flowers]
After watching it, it would be better if the male protagonist's emotional line is reworked. It's a bit abrupt.
