Note for July 2, 2026: I've recently gotten my head in a better place (〃ﾉωﾉ). I'll start this once the Batman story next door is finished. The romance will mostly center on Waver II, with Lord El-Melloi II and some others x Waver II (I really want to write Kayneth x Waver II... I hadn't finished drafting the main story back then, but I'd already written the extras... The young Lord El-Melloi II from the Type-Moon school festival makes me want to be filial for another ten years.)

In short: Lord El-Melloi II transmigrates to the Detective Conan world. In an unfamiliar world with sparse leylines, he solves cases while painfully making his way home.

1. A combination of some Type-Moon worldbuilding and the Detective Conan world. The Case Files material combines the anime, the novels, and my own headcanon. I have my own understanding of some Type-Moon characters, so if you can't stand it, please don't insult anyone; just leave. My magecraft talent is limited, and most of what I know about magecraft comes from Professor Waver, so there may be mistakes. Thank you for being understanding.
2. Some Detective Conan characters will be saved, such as the Police Academy group and characters from cases with tragic endings. I love all the original characters, so please don't make unfriendly comments, such as comparing them to put them down or insulting them. Thank you.
3. Probably a mindless, sweet little story, giving Professor Waver a taste of the shock of Beika, the "Little Gotham."
4. Please don't argue or start fights. If you don't like it, you don't have to read it. Thank you, thank you.
5. This is a practice piece, so please be indulgent.
6. I don't know how to divide up the perspectives, so I'll leave that undecided for now.
7. I'll add more if I think of anything.

I've recently changed environments and moved away for work, so the chapters will be posted later than originally planned. I've also heavily revised the drafts. I haven't added to the drafts since last month, but I've written 20,000 words of character profiles, settings, and outlines... Sorry!
