Yami Kyu is a player obsessed with the game Red and Black Faction Simulator. Because his Fourth Disaster behavior was so outrageous, he couldn't log out of the game. He also got a random debuff: the Tomie physique.

In the interrogation room, he grimly pulled out a whip. The traitor, who should have preferred death to surrender, blushed and moaned, begging him to say a few more things.

At the lab table, he coldly recorded the data. The test subject, who had been terrified before, now looked infatuated, greedily gripping his wrist and secretly sniffing him.

On the training ground, he trained the rookies with a wicked grin. The low-ranking employees who used to avoid him like the plague scrambled to take his punches, secretly panting with excitement.

How was he supposed to play this game?!

The black-side player's dignity lay in pieces. Yami made an excuse and left the organization overnight, only to discover a game bug: maxing out the red side's affection would weaken this damned physique!

The police academy group had been troubled lately. The new transfer student was practically a walking criminal magnet: convenience-store robbers couldn't take their eyes off him, bank robbers insisted on naming him as their hostage, and even street punks fought over him...

He was always rushing into dangerous places, completely carefree, as if he had no idea how many people were lusting after him.

"Do you even know what danger means?!" The five police academy students angrily pounded the table, but the instant they met his innocent eyes, they fell silent.

"But... I want to uphold justice with you, too!"

There was nothing they could do. He was beautiful, flamboyant, and all alone, liable to be swallowed up by the beasts lurking around him at any moment. The righteous police academy group could only draw him into their territory, patiently teach him, and protect him with everything they had.

They had no idea they were walking straight into their prey's trap.

Yami watched his affection meter rise, delighted.

Plan successful!

At last, when he had maxed out the police academy group's affection and was ready to run, he hesitated as he remembered what fate had in store for them.

[System: If you want to save them, you'll have to trade your life for theirs~]

Yami: I'll do it! I have the Tomie physique, so I can't die anyway.

[System: Did you forget that your Tomie physique has already been removed? To trigger the bug again, you'll have to reset their affection to zero.]

Yami looked at the Tomie physique he'd worked so hard to remove and the police academy group's maxed-out affection meters. He fell into deep thought.

So he'd gone through all that for nothing?!

He is beautiful, flamboyant, and blindly arrogant. In the eyes of criminals, he is tempting prey, an ornamental fish trapped in a glass bowl. But in the shadows where no one is watching, he bares bloody fangs and hunts desire.

He is a skilled hunter who uses himself as bait.

He is righteous, aloof, and full of secrets. In the eyes of the police academy group, he is a victim, a fragile butterfly in need of protection. But amid lies that claim to seek the light, he secretly disguises where he came from and switches the truth out from under everyone's nose.

"So this is what it means for the light to be blinding..."

He is a broken-winged butterfly emerging from its cocoon in the dark.

He is cold-blooded, eccentric, and heartless. In the eyes of the organization members, he is a watchdog, a thorny crow belonging to the darkness. Yet in the shadows where no one is watching, he secretly pecks through his chains and flies toward the light.

"But a bird without feet can never land."

He is a free bird breaking out of its cage.

[Love Imprisons the Heart]

He is lazy, depraved, and heartless. In the eyes of the System, he is a nuisance, a carefree Fourth Disaster. Yet at the end of the Detective Conan game, he willingly lets himself be imprisoned, giving them his heart.

"This time, let me protect you..."

He is a reckless gambler willing to give everything for friendship.
