[One Piece] Is Something Wrong with Building Infrastructure on the Grand Line?

Xu Jiu was hit by a transdimensional (freight) transport (truck) device and sent to an island in the Grand Line covered in primeval forest.

Xu Jiu, rich kid from a peaceful era: Help!

New to the place, she discovered that tensions were high on the island because it couldn't pay the Heavenly Tribute. The surrounding waters were under blockade, and escape was impossible.

Xu Jiu, transported here in person, with a combat rating of five: ...Forget it. There's no saving this. I'll just wait to die.

Taking things as they came, she learned that the island produced rare goods, the royal family held bizarre rituals that harmed the people, and external threats loomed. At any moment, a brutal great pirate could take over and rule by bloodshed.

Xu Jiu: …

Either you explode in silence or turn twisted in silence.

Xu Jiu, now corrupted: You brought this on yourselves!

Amid the unpredictable New World, a new force suddenly rose to prominence. It wasn't pirates, it wasn't the Revolutionary Army, and it wasn't affiliated with the World Government. It was a powerful nation. Its leader...

"I heard she made the Red Hair Pirates work as forced laborers!"

"I heard she gave the Revolutionary Army's leader a harsh scolding, and instead of retaliating, they treated her as an honored guest!"

"I heard she has a close relationship with Whitebeard's Second Division Commander, and she had a hand in the Paramount War!"

"I heard she took hostages from the Charlotte Family and made even the strongest Sweet Commander work for her!"

"She even faced down a Buster Call and, after winning, turned around and extorted the World Government!"

"How terrifying!"

Xu Jiu: Me? ...Okay, yes, me. So what? (arrogant)

Theme: Wherever the heart finds peace, that is home.
