Kurosaki Shuya, a third-year student at Rikkai University High School.
A darkly inclined eccentric who does as he pleases, he is a delinquent in the eyes of his teachers. You can tell at a glance from his appearance just how difficult he is to handle.
His earrings, linked together like a key ring; his beloved metal accessories; and his fashionable black-and-blond hair have earned Kurosaki Shuya the top spot on the Rikkai disciplinary committee's wanted list.
For a long time, his excessively flashy appearance and habit of mocking people with his face left him facing bewildered doubts:
Can someone who puts all his effort into dressing himself up really be cut out to be one of Rikkai's regulars?
There is, of course, absolutely no doubt about that.
Once he removes the dazzling array of accessories from his hands and steps onto the court, Kurosaki Shuya is overwhelmingly intimidating. His utterly unanswerable tennis sweeps across the court like a tsunami.
"Your hair color is so plain," he says disdainfully. "Your tennis is the same."
"You're polluting my eyes while I'm trying to appreciate fashion."
Annoying, right? Unfortunately, this show-off is strong as hell.
Kurosaki Shuya: I just love how you can't stand me, but can't beat me either.
-Tennis is just another fashion accessory for me.
-But when it comes to fashion, I really do care about every last detail, you know?
The Rikkai team: Just watch the video.
If you say Kurosaki cares too much about fashion, I have nothing to say. But if you say he isn't cut out to be a regular...
Just how blind do you have to be to question Kurosaki Shuya's skill and taste?

*A fashion-loving protagonist: written as a trendsetter, read as a show-off, but in truth, a badass king.
*A gloomy-looking, single-celled organism, one year above the Big Three.
*Rikkai will absolutely win sixteen consecutive Kanto titles and three consecutive national titles.
Thesis: None for now
