Yu Yan's wrist was grabbed and he was pulled all the way to this secluded corner. The next moment, his back met the cool wall, and he disappeared completely into the shadow cast by the stands.
Shen Lian stepped back, standing at the opposite blind corner, with a little space between them.
The world around them suddenly fell quiet.
She looked up at him, quiet and earnest. Her bright eyes seemed to hold all the light of the afternoon.
“Hey, A Yan, wanna date me?”
The girl's clear, crisp voice rang in his ears.
The listless-looking boy in front of her gave a lazy smile and drawled, “I'm not planning to date anyone in high school.”
