Does My Arch-Enemy Secretly Have a Crush on Me?

When An Yu wakes up, he finds himself locked in the same room as the person he hates most.

A rule appears in his mind: this is a room you can't leave unless you genuinely hate the other person.

An Yu: That's it?

Ever since they were kids, he and Xu Jingxing have competed over everything. They hate each other so much they could grind their teeth to dust. Getting out of this dump should be a piece of cake.

He pulls the door, but it doesn't budge.

An Yu: ?

An Yu: Holy crap, does he like me?

-

If An Yu's expression hadn't been so confused, conflicted, and grave, Xu Jingxing would have thought An Yu had kidnapped him.

Isn't this "you can't get out unless you do XX" setup a little unscientific?

To get out of the room, Xu Jingxing decides to grit his teeth and make out with An Yu.

He puts an arm around An Yu, only for An Yu to push him away.

Xu Jingxing: "Don't you want to leave?"

An Yu doesn't hear him clearly and answers, "Mm."

An Yu: He really does like me!

Xu Jingxing: So he wants us to stay in this room together forever?
