A Forced Kiss Really Isn't Sweet

A change-of-love-interest story. Short. ABO setting. Both leads are sexually inexperienced. The second love interest takes the top spot, but barely appears, so don't read if that bothers you.

Mainly from the bottom's perspective:

Chen Zhijin's love for Li Tingzhou was never a quiet affair. It was bold and unrestrained. Yet Li Tingzhou only ever treated him like a younger brother, and got together with another Omega while Chen Zhijin was studying abroad.

Not long after Chen Zhijin returned, Li Tingzhou broke up with his partner, and his family's company ran into trouble. Only then did Chen Zhijin get his chance, and he resolutely chose to marry Li Tingzhou.

But five years of marriage left him covered in scars, with not a shred of happiness. In the end, the person he loved most still cheated on him.

Chen Zhijin really went mad...

From the first love interest's perspective:

Li Tingzhou had treated Chen Zhijin like a younger brother since childhood, protecting and looking after him, but never loving him as anything more. Every time Chen Zhijin confessed, he rejected him plainly and decisively.

If his boyfriend hadn't left him with a breakup and vanished, and if the company hadn't run into trouble at that moment, Li Tingzhou would never have married Chen Zhijin in this lifetime.

Two people forced together could only be unhappy, never happy.

The appearance of his first love pushed this marriage of convenience completely into the abyss...

From the second love interest's perspective:

At first: That bitter-orange-scented Omega has completely stolen my heart. But he's already taken. Forget it. I can't cross that moral line.

Later: So what if he's taken? I'm a terrible person. I have no morals. I'm shameless. Getting what I want is all that matters.

Theme: Belated devotion is worth less than grass. If you meet the wrong person, leave sooner rather than later.
