Thirteen-year-old Ada is quiet and withdrawn. She gets caught up in an investigation after becoming a witness to a certain serial killer. When asked to identify the suspect at the police station, she is found to have prosopagnosia and alexithymia. As things stand, she cannot reliably identify any witnesses or express her emotions fluently. This brings child protection services into the picture, putting her family's guardianship at risk. Then a psychologist who has been “assigned” to her quietly enters her life. His name is Hannibal Lecter.
Things begin to unfold in a certain inevitable direction.
I ended up changing the title after all.
Primarily a Hannibal fanfic, with a superhero setting on the side (I might cut out the superheroes, I'm not sure).
Dedicated to the legendary landmine girl, Little A.
A story about the terror of serenity. Love. Control. Becoming one. A little twisted, with a cultish feel.
Although it's labeled as a crossover with the DC and Marvel universes, it only borrows their setting, and superheroes will show up occasionally. Of course, there will be superheroes in it.
Inspired by reading Blood on the Tracks. Though only the opening is.
The author is already immersed in their own art.
Theme: The author is immersed in their own art.
