[A goofy, lazy junior sister who spends every day just trying to survive x a frail, ailing master who's seemingly gentle but actually wicked]

Zhu Wuyou transmigrated.
She transmigrated into a melodramatic, brainless cultivation novel, becoming a cannon-fodder character who got herself killed through sheer stupidity right at the beginning: "Extra A."
As far as she knew, the book was utterly ridiculous. Every famous, well-connected man in the cultivation world wanted to win the heroine's heart, but in the end, she and the male lead, the Demon Lord, went through a torturous HEA.
As a reader, Zhu Wuyou had loved it.
But as the cannon fodder about to be fed to snakes by the book's major villain, Ying Yunchuan, she gave a bitter smile and felt practically dead while still breathing.
Luckily, Zhu Wuyou was clever enough to strike a deal with Ying Yunchuan. She became his disciple and promised to help him find a match with the heroine.
But the heroine was already surrounded by a crowd of admirers. What need did she have for anyone else?
Even the matchmakers trying to arrange a pairing had nearly worn out the Cloud-Climbing Stairs at Xiaoyao Sect.
So the major villain got angry and came looking for her.
Ying Yunchuan: (gripping her chin) "Didn't we agree you'd help me find a match?"
Zhu Wuyou: (crying rivers.jpg) "...There are too many people. It's not your turn yet."
Ying Yunchuan: (laughing with anger) "Tell me, who's in love with you? If I kill them all, I'll be the only one left."
Zhu Wuyou was dumbfounded.
She hadn't expected the major villain to want her for himself.
-Wait, no! This isn't how it went in the book!
*
Ying Yunchuan had never imagined he'd fall in love with anyone in his life.
And the person he fell for was a complete idiot.
That person died in his arms.
Even as their body grew cold, little by little, he never let go.
Ying Yunchuan used every opportunity he'd gained in his life to bargain with the Heavenly Dao for a chance to transmigrate through time and space. He transmigrated into the idiot's world and turned his life into a book.
Then that book bound the fates of "the idiot and him" together with a red thread.
...So they could never part again.

* [Reader's Guide~]
1. My take on cultivation. A mountain of personal worldbuilding. Expected to be medium-to-long.
2. My take on transmigrating into a book. The early parts are more everyday life, while the later parts have a major twist, so get ready for some brain-teasing. Both the plot and romance have a hand in it. There's a little angst later, but overall it's a goofy, sweet story.
3. The characters aren't perfect. The male lead isn't a good person, has double standards, and is great at putting on an act. The heroine has a sunny disposition, and there may be some mutual healing later on.
4. To be clear: both leads are virgins!!!
Theme: Establish a heart for Heaven and Earth, and a life for the people
