5. The bottom is a genuinely evil villain, with no human morality to restrain him, so he will hurt the top early on. The top will fight back, and yes, there will be real stabbing. He won't fall for the bottom under these circumstances, so the romance develops slowly.

6. This isn't wish fulfillment. The top will have a rough time at first, but he'll grow little by little.
