Lin Ping is a psychotherapist in the Infinite Game Lobby. Thanks to his rare professional ethics and his amateur-level knowledge, he gets countless complaints from his clients and finally loses all his industry reputation points.
With no other choice, Lin Ping enters the Infinite Game to earn points.
After carefully weighing his options, he picks a game called "Spiritual Retreat" with a low danger rating and decent rewards. All he has to do is follow his teammates around and easily pick up points.
As a shameless troublemaker who loves a laugh, Lin Ping plans to coast through the game, using neither his brains nor his hands, and clear this infinite game with his good and virtuous character...
Yeah, right!
Less than half an hour after entering the game, Lin Ping has been tortured to death twice.
Lin Ping: "..."
He almost laughed in frustration.
No more coasting.
