[Women's Affairs] My Heartbeat, Your Rhythm

Female lead's perspective:

To save a stranger performing at the same bar, Zhang Bingyi, a recently graduated musical prodigy, gets into a fight with unscrupulous capitalists and is arrested and imprisoned.

Seven years in prison. Heartbreaking.

But life is more than just one seven-year stretch.

“If we don't survive,I'd rather die than live a lie.”

Male lead's perspective:

"Senior! Marry me!"

"Woof! Woof woof woof!"

Being your senior's dog is such a happy life...

Content warnings:

Variants of real-life celebrities make appearances, such as Hongzi Zeye and Yuki Kajiura.

The names of songs and movies were inspired by Promare and its soundtrack, as well as Yuki Kajiura's work "Lacie." Then the author made up and altered the translations... "Hearts of Fire Crash into Earth," hahaha.

The author doesn't know much about music and is completely making things up. I haven't even listened to livehourse... much less been to a concert... This is truly all made up.

The female lead has had relationships; the male lead has not.

The female lead has been in jail.

Both stories are told in first person, one from the female lead's perspective and one from the male lead's.

The male lead is intellectually disabled, mentally ill, and depressed...
