Tiantian, a little girl who wouldn't go to sleep at night and clutched her toys instead, meets Lulu the owl, a magical messenger from the moon.
Lulu wears a little pouch full of dream dust. With a gentle tap of magic, she can make Tiantian float in the air. Lulu invites Tiantian to help her with a special mission: sending all the little ones who refuse to sleep into sweet dreams.
Tiantian excitedly agrees. She learns the moon's lullaby, waves her hand to conjure sparkling musical notes, and even uses flower pollen to make sleepy little hats! But after helping a sleepless hamster drift off, she starts to feel sleepy herself...
