Fast-paced, short story

Talk about bad luck: going to school to pick up your little sister and running into your ex. And the worst part? That ex is your sister's homeroom teacher.

Tan Yu was so embarrassed he wanted to die. He swore he'd never pick up his sister again, but the little brat had started dating as soon as the school year began, and the school had called their parents in. Tan Yu took a deep breath, pretended nothing was wrong, and calmly drank tea in his ex's office.

Jiang Huaishu had been staring at him ever since he walked in, as if he held a deep grudge against him. Tan Yu's mouth twitched. Fair enough. Who would be happy to get dumped for no reason while they were still dating?

By now, he'd prepared himself for Jiang Huaishu to take revenge by abusing his position, make snide remarks, or even beat him up.

But Jiang Huaishu didn't seem particularly emotional. He gazed at Tan Yu for a while, then spoke softly.

"Tan Yu, the jasmine you gave me back then died."

● I wrote this novel to get through the summer. The writing is immature, and the whole story is an illogical stream of events. It is not for fans of either the top or the bottom. If mysterious readers can't get through it, please leave in time.
