Unworthy [Rekindled Love]

A controlling black swan & a scheming wolf possessed by obsessive madness

A story of two troubled souls who love and torment each other

The heroine's perspective:

After successfully seizing power, Song Jiayu decided to reward herself by finding a tall, handsome college guy to help her unwind. They each got what they wanted.

But as time passed, she developed feelings that weren't entirely rational.

Just then, she discovered that the college guy was seeing someone else too.

Three-legged toads are hard to find, but two-legged men are everywhere. This one suited her in every way, but his "professional ethics" left much to be desired.

The hero's perspective:

By a twist of fate, Rong Linghe was mistaken by a woman for a "gold digger," and by another twist of fate, ended up in a vague, muddled agreement with her.

He can't say his intentions were pure at the start, but just as he was getting more and more deeply involved, she threw him out.

People who knew the truth advised him: "You're worlds apart. There's no chance. Everyone except you knows she's just playing around."

Rong Linghe refused to believe it, telling himself, "Maybe I was too clingy and annoyed her."

Then, not long afterward, the Song and Wei families arranged a marriage alliance.

They meet again five years later.

In her eyes, he's still a scumbag who two-times women. In his eyes, she's still a cold-blooded woman who only cares about what she can gain.

It isn't until much later that they discover each other's long-hidden secrets.

Two psychological evaluation reports, strikingly similar.

One reads: "Defiant," "emotionally deprived," "controlling."

The other reads: "Defiant," "emotionally deprived," "paranoid personality."
