She and the Ever-Growing Apocalypse

Cheng Cheng dies on the operating table, killed by the "breathing" brain tumor that has been parasitizing her for twelve years.

The doctors don't know that it isn't a tumor at all.

It's an alien plant, waiting to consume her from within and be reborn through her body.

No one ever expected that a bolt of heavenly lightning would turn her into a new "Withered-Heart Banyan."

Theme: In rotten soil, only by devouring the darkness can the most ferocious life bloom.
