The story of Fang Sybil.
Fang's Nen ability is called Thirteen-Hour Clock. It lets him steal other people's Nen abilities and use them as his own. The conditions are as follows:
1. He must kill the target with his own hands.
2. Within thirteen minutes of killing the target, he must eat their heart. The heart must be intact, or the theft will fail.
3. After eating the heart, the Nen ability will temporarily disappear for thirteen hours.
4. If he eats the heart more than thirteen minutes after the target's death, the period for which the Nen ability disappears increases by thirteen hours for every additional minute. He must eat the target's heart within one hundred and sixty-nine minutes of their death, or the theft will fail.
5. He can steal a maximum of thirteen abilities, corresponding to hours one through thirteen. If he steals more than the limit, each new ability will automatically overwrite an already stolen one in order. When there is an open slot on the Thirteen-Hour Clock, he can choose the ability's number himself; otherwise, it is assigned a number by default.
6. He can use the stolen Nen abilities simultaneously.
