Everyone who has met Xia Cizhi says she's beautiful and talented, but strange.

Wen Yang was so noisy every day that Xia Cizhi was nearly deaf. This wouldn't do. She had to get rid of her.

She deliberately gave Wen Yang a pet collar to humiliate her.

Wen Yang wore it out in public without a hint of shame.

"This is a gift from Cizhi!"

She deliberately tossed Wen Yang some old clothes she didn't want.

"They smell like Cizhi! She's so good to me!"

In the end, Xia Cizhi had no choice but to accept having a noisy pest around. It definitely wasn't because she liked her. It was because... she pitied her. Yes, pitied her!

Xia Cizhi reassured herself that she was just doing charity work.

One day, she woke up and was astonished to see a tail suddenly sprouting from the back of the person she called a stupid dog. It spun at high speed like a propeller.

She really was a dog! The same kind as that little demon!

At first, Xia Cizhi told herself that at least Wen Yang seemed kindhearted, and being a monster wasn't that big a deal.

But when the stupid dog pounced on her and pinned her to the bed, she realized something was terribly wrong.

The next day, she threw Wen Yang out, grinding her teeth and covered in bite marks.

Kindhearted, my foot!!!

Wen Yang was running wild around the park as usual, burning off her energy.

Suddenly, she caught an unusual scent.

A very beautiful person sat on a bench with her head bowed, surrounded by a gloomy air.
