The Jade Spirit and the Dream Butterfly

This is a world where humans and demons live side by side, and evil spirits roam freely.

Everyone seeks the Dao and immortality, but Ling Yu only wants to survive.

To stay alive, she leaves the simple village where she was born and ventures into the outside world. At fifteen, she meets Bai Songbai. Their encounter is fated.

For she had already unwittingly incurred an enormous debt of gratitude to Bai Songbai.

So she has no choice but to stay by his side and help him avenge his sect, the Lingjing Sect.

The Lingjing Sect could slip into other people's dreams, stealing secrets or soothing their hearts like a gentle drizzle. Yet it was ruthlessly wiped out.

Xiao Yiheng, heir to a prominent Daoist family, only survived thanks to Ling Yu. She also helped him overcome the shadows of his childhood and face life again.

But he was the one who drove her from her village, condemning her to a life of wandering and hardship. How can he ever repay her for all of that?
