Chen Dongdong has a special ability: he can understand the calls of felines. But the cats around him generally aren't very smart, so he rarely gets the chance to communicate with animals normally.
That is, until a new boss joins the company one day. While delivering some documents, he catches the boss meowing at a Ragdoll cat. Even stranger, he can understand what his superior is saying.
