You Really Won't Pair Up With Me for Men's Doubles?

Han Beicheng, on the verge of retirement, noticed a new guy on the team: fair-skinned and clean-cut, with a fierce smash.

He liked him. The kind of like that made him dream about him at night.

So Han Beicheng, who had been lazing around like an old dog, started showing up on time every day and throwing himself into rehab training. He also made a point of taking his shirt off in front of the guy every day to show off his muscles.

The coach couldn't take it anymore and asked what had gotten into him.

Han Beicheng seized the opportunity and said he was trying to win glory for the team.

The coach pointed out that Han Beicheng was injured and couldn't play singles anymore, and that the club had already found someone to replace him.

Only then did Han Beicheng realize that the guy had come to take his place!

"No wonder he keeps giving me the side-eye. He's the enemy." Han Beicheng smiled faintly, cornered him by the laundry room, and asked if he wanted to pair up for men's doubles.

Chen Li gritted his teeth as he looked at his former idol, who seemed to be going crazy every day, and said, "No!"
