*This blurb is temporary and may be revised at any time. I don't have much inspiration right now, and nothing I've written feels quite right. This version is a tiny bit better, so I'm posting it for now.
*The central premise is set: a classic trope with a fresh take, inspired by the classic Mr. & Mrs. Smith. The complete story is expected to be around 300,000 words.
[Blurb]
From a passerby's perspective:
A married couple just moved in near my house today. They look like a perfect match. What's even more interesting is that they have the same surname: Todd.
Yes, you read that right. I mean a married couple of two men.
To be honest, I don't care whether my neighbors are men or women. Even if a nonbinary person moved in, it would have nothing to do with me.
After all, this is Gotham. Everyone knows that the first thing you have to do to survive in this damned place is mind your own business. Don't go poking around in things you have no business knowing.
That's the kind of decency every proper Gothamite should have.
But perhaps it's because of some strange feeling of mine, something almost like a sixth sense, that I can't shake the odd suspicion...
There seems to be something a little different about my new neighbors compared with everyone else.
Especially that time I happened to see them talking to each other like an ordinary couple, then discreetly tossing the gun and knife in their hands into the garden bushes with perfect coordination.
I admit, at that moment I found it fascinating. I may consider myself a proper Gothamite, but my curiosity, which I thought had disappeared eight hundred years ago, suddenly surfaced again.
And so a new question came to mind:
Do they really know each other?

[Content Notes]
1. Inspired by a classic fanfiction trope, as a tribute to Mr. & Mrs. Smith.
2. A transformative fanfic and a typical lighthearted romantic comedy. Recommended for carefree reading. The estimated length is around 300,000 words.
3. There is some OOC characterization and stereotyping, with a chaotic mix of different comic runs and the author's own headcanons. Please proceed at your own discretion.
I love all the characters and don't bash anyone.
4. This is a top/bottom romance with Jason as the top and Euan as the bottom.
Theme: Finding happiness and love
