Yun Ying runs a pastry shop. One day, she comes across a man unconscious in the grass, covered in wounds.
After she carefully nurses him back to health for a while, he leaves without a word.
When they meet again, Yun Ying is astonished to discover that the man smiling at her from atop his horse, tall and gallant, is none other than the powerful Embroidered Uniform Guard of the imperial court.
