My Ice-Cold Omega Rival Says I'm Pregnant

🎈 Pure-hearted, devoted Alpha 🐶 × aloof, cool Omega who knows how to draw people in 🐰

Ye Shuangqi hates Zhu Jinyue more than anyone.

Zhu Jinyue beats her in every exam, and their elders have been comparing them since childhood. Worst of all, Zhu Jinyue has never once been nice to her, as if Ye Shuangqi had committed some unforgivable crime.

Then, at eighteen, Zhu Jinyue presented as an Omega, while Ye Shuangqi became an S-rank Alpha.

Finally, she had a reason to get the upper hand. Delighted, Ye Shuangqi swished over in her skirt, ready to taunt her.

Instead, she saw Zhu Jinyue, who was usually expressionless and hated junk food, walking into McDonald's with the new transfer student.

Ye Shuangqi crept closer.

She heard the transfer student call Zhu Jinyue “Mom.”

Ye Shuangqi: ??? So the straight-laced girl is into this kind of role-play after all?

Later on, the transfer student successfully presented as an S-rank Alpha and grew closer and closer to Zhu Jinyue.

Ye Shuangqi had no idea why seeing them together made her so irritated. She wanted to roll her eyes and walk right past them. Sure, sure, you two are the sweetest couple in the whole world. It's just dating, anyone can do it. I can date too...

Transfer student: “Mommy!”

Ye Shuangqi: ?

Ye Shuangqi: What?

Zhu Jinyue steps out from behind the transfer student. “Ye Shuangqi, it's time we talked about our child's education.”

Ye Shuangqi: ?

Ye Shuangqi: Am I still dreaming?

While Ye Shuangqi is still standing there in a daze, Zhu Jinyue pulls a paternity test report from her bag. Who knows when she had it done?

Zhu Jinyue: “I want to know why the child takes after you and doesn't want to study. How do you usually raise her?”

Ye Shuangqi: “Wait...”

Zhu Jinyue keeps going: “Why did the child come to see me without a penny to her name? Don't you care about her at all?”

Ye Shuangqi: “...Huh?”

Zhu Jinyue ends with, “I've done my part as a mother. Don't think you can shirk your responsibilities.”

Ye Shuangqi: ???

When did she even have a child?

Ye Shuangqi and the transfer student left behind stare at each other, eyes wide. Looking at the girl's features, which resemble both her and Zhu Jinyue by about thirty percent, Ye Shuangqi suddenly grins like an idiot. “Your mom is so hot when she's mad. Hehe.”

Transfer student: “...”

So her mom had been this hopelessly smitten back in high school, too.

Sigh.
