After Failing to Raise Him Right, the Scum Gong Regretted It

Xiao Rong is the sole heir to a top business conglomerate in Beicheng,

and a notorious playgirl in their social circle.

They say she changes girlfriends faster than she turns the pages of a book.

Until one day, the Xiao family gets a younger sister, six years younger than her.

She finds the situation amusing, so she takes the girl under her wing.

Xiao Rong has no idea how to take care of a child, so she gives her everything she herself thinks is good.

She dotes on her, loves her, and protects her, solving every problem she faces.

She treats her better than all the flirty women outside.

Then, at her younger sister's coming-of-age ceremony, their mother mentions that the two of them are engaged.

Xiao Rong is so furious she almost laughs. How could someone she raised as a daughter become her wife?

Besides, she has no feelings for Ji Beining at all.

She's always been a playgirl, happiest amid wine and women. There's no way she'll settle down and devote herself to a wife and daughter.

The night Xiao Rong demands to break off the engagement,

Ji Beining cries as she cuts her coming-of-age dress to shreds.

It is a pure white, diamond-studded tulle gown.

She had planned to confess her feelings on that romantic night.

That night, each nursing her own heartache, the two of them drink quite a lot.

Xiao Rong goes into the wrong room, and she and Ji Beining spend the night together.

When she wakes up, Xiao Rong thinks she should take responsibility,

but Ji Beining has already disappeared.

When they meet again, Ji Beining has become a hugely popular celebrity in the entertainment industry.

She leans intimately into the arms of the person beside her,

and gives Xiao Rong a provocative look.

Xiao Rong is filled with regret and resentment.

She only wants to drag her back

and keep her by her side forever.
