Wen Man was obsessed with his big brother. After his adoptive parents took him in, his brother was the only one in the family who treated him well. Even after their adoptive parents died in a car accident and every relative eyed the compensation money and the house, his brother, only twelve years old, never thought of abandoning his seven-year-old little burden.
Under his brother's protection, Wen Man lived like a rich young master.
But his brother worked day and night until he died of overwork, and Wen Man cried until he passed out.
When he opened his eyes again, he had transmigrated and become a real young master. Oh, but the family already had a fake young master.
His parents were strangers to him, he had no friends, his family picked on him, and his reputation was in tatters. Less than a week after arriving in this unfamiliar home, Wen Man realized everyone favored the fake young master. He, the real young master, was mocked and sneered at every day, and hadn't even had a single hot meal.
At times like these, he missed his brother terribly. But even crying until his eyes were red hadn't changed a thing.
Worse still, his family was about to go bankrupt.
Worse than that, his parents were planning to sell him.
Wen Man had never seen anything like it. Terrified, he ran away. Penniless, he wandered the streets, thinking he'd starve to death, when a luxury car suddenly stopped in front of him.
A man of immense wealth and status stepped out. His gaze was gentle as he bent down and held out a hand. "Where did this stray kitten come from? Want to come home with me?"
He said yes.
Wen Man knew there was no such thing as a free lunch, but he thought he was going to be a servant. He never expected to be kept as a canary.
Every day, his sugar daddy kissed and cuddled him, and even took him to bed.
He felt wronged, and even guiltier. His brother had taught him to be independent, self-reliant, and to love himself, but here he was, lowering himself for a meal. He felt he'd let his brother down.
So whenever they were in bed, Wen Man would cry and call out, "Brother."
He thought his sugar daddy would fly into a jealous rage when he called for someone else, but instead, his sugar daddy... only got more enthusiastic.
A broad hand gripped his waist and thrust into him hard. With every time Wen Man called out for his brother, his sugar daddy thrust in a little deeper...
The first thing Wen Shixu did after transmigrating to this world was look for Wen Man. He figured that if he'd transmigrated here, maybe Wen Man had too.
Without him, he couldn't bear to imagine how Wen Man might be living.
So Wen Shixu immediately called on every resource he had to search for him. But after three years, he still hadn't found any sign of Wen Man.
He was beginning to wonder if he'd been wrong, if Wen Man hadn't transmigrated to this world after all.
Then, by the roadside, he saw the person he'd been longing for for three years.
Dusty and downtrodden, clearly bullied a lot.
Wen Shixu immediately took him away. No one was allowed to hurt the treasure he'd held in the palm of his hand.
Ever since Wen Man left, everything had gone wrong for the Wen family.
All of the projects at Wen Father's company were snatched away. At every banquet Wen Mother attended, the other wives made snide remarks at her expense. Worst of all was the fake young master of the Wen family, who was reportedly openly despised and targeted at every turn by another powerful man surnamed Wen in the capital.
They couldn't figure out who they'd offended.
