Warnings up front:
There are some stereotypical characterizations, but this uses the classic Batfamily setting where everyone speaks their mind.
Some characters in the story will dislike Superman, and they won’t come around to liking him.
The eldest brother will get shown up in front of his younger siblings.
Jason’s origins have been changed.
The whole Batfamily is doted on. No Mary Sue.
Adela is more emotional and will become a mercenary who kills people. Her moral compass depends entirely on Xiao Jie keeping her in line.
Adela is the female lead, but this is largely an ensemble story. Pairing: Xiao Jie.
The previous title was How Many Good Brothers Do You Have, Anyway? I changed it. This title may still sound a little unhinged, but it’s better than being cringe.
Updates will go up at 9 p.m. from now on (heart). If one goes up at 11 p.m., it means I was rushing to finish it.
Adela Savage was born and raised in Crime Alley, in Gotham’s East End, USA. She was a true Gotham local.
As one of Gotham’s native products, Adela had a background that wasn’t exactly ordinary even by Gotham standards: a broken father, a deranged mother, a missing sister, and an emotionally withdrawn girl.
To cheer her up, her second guardian searched high and low, then brought home a kid she’d picked up off the street.
Black hair, blue eyes, a pretty face, and a sneaky look. He was just like the raccoon mom who often came by the house and inhaled doughnuts at an alarming rate.
The lady guardian plopped the kid down in front of Adela.
“This is a pedigreed cat I picked out with the utmost care!”
She even sounded proud of herself.
Adela looked at the kid inhaling food in exactly the same way as several raccoons, and sighed mournfully.
The kid was ambitious and learned everything from guns and hand-to-hand combat to deduction and surveillance. That was great.
The kid was responsible and, once he’d settled in, acted like the big brother because he was two years older. That was great, too.
The kid dreamed of becoming a hero? That wasn’t ideal for his safety, but if it was what he wanted, that was great, too.
After thinking it over for a long time, Adela could only add, “Don’t forget to get Wonder Woman’s autograph for me.”
When you get rich, don’t forget me, right?
Even after you go solo, we can still be a great team.
But before they could become teammates again, Adela had to jump into some toxic waste and drag out the destructive beagle who was rampaging around in it.
She struggled to hold down the paws of the once-dainty little beagle, now bloated into a huge one, as he scratched wildly. Gritting her teeth, she cursed,
“Damn it! You owe me, asshole!”
She seemed furious, but as she raged, tears ran down her cheeks. She held him tightly in her arms, as if she wanted to merge their flesh and bones.
“But I’m so happy to see you again. Welcome home.”
I won’t let you go again.
It’s a sweet story, friends, I promise. A fluffy little tale about adventuring all over and getting into trouble with friends.
Theme: No matter what you’re like, you will always be my first choice.
It is said that Detective Duck has known Dick as Mango Chicken since he was five years old, so will they meet Detective Duck when they are bird watching? [Dog head]
Pure adolescence, rainy nights and fluffy blankets, such a warm chapter [Spreading Flowers]
I really like the setting of this mercenary group.
The young master does have this kind of character.
It's not good to be a good boy, it depends on the fight (for fear that the world will not be in chaos)
You guys in the mercenary group are really good at picking out children.
It's good to read. I just don't read many comics.
You Gothamites/Star Cityrs/Savages
Jason wouldn't have gritted his teeth if he had said the sentence "Although it's not as good-looking as yours", but I looked very happy.
What kind of home zoo is this? [Dog head] So cute [Star eyes]
