[Restrained, stoic, fatherly top (Fu Yuanye) X pampered, sunny bottom (Yu Heng)]
During the summer after his freshman year, Yu Heng joined a university team traveling to a small island in the South China Sea to teach.
The islanders were simple and kind, but living conditions were harsh. On the first night, the young master Yu, who had enjoyed every luxury for nineteen years, couldn't stand the chorus of snores filling the room and sneaked outside.
Yu Heng had planned to count stars alone and get through the long night, but the sea breeze left him completely disheveled.
As he stood there looking miserable, a young man about his age blocked the howling wind. He looked down at Yu Heng beneath the starry sky, his expression somewhat cold.
"What are you doing here?"
He looked a little fierce, but Yu Heng recognized him as one of the islanders who had helped them earlier that day, so he said, "Someone's snoring in the room, and I can't sleep. I want to stay here."
The young man glanced at him, said nothing more, sat down on a nearby reef, and opened a book.
"It's a little cold. I didn't expect it to be so windy here..." Before long, the boy below the reef started rambling at him. "Your jacket looks pretty windproof. You must not be cold, right? What are you reading? Can you see in the dark? What's your name? By the way, did you hear me? I said it's pretty windy, "
The person above suddenly draped a jacket over his head, his voice resigned. "...Quiet down, college student."
*
The first time Fu Yuanye saw Yu Heng, he knew they were nothing alike. Yu Heng had been spoiled rotten and couldn't stand the slightest hardship, but Fu Yuanye had no choice but to give in for the sake of accommodating the college students who had come to teach.
He let Yu Heng, who couldn't get used to sleeping in a crowded dormitory, stay at his house.
But this troublesome college student had no sense of boundaries and was always pushing his luck.
On the first night, Yu Heng said he was the one causing trouble and offered to sleep on the sofa.
On the fifth night, Yu Heng said the sofa made his neck ache and gave Fu Yuanye a pitiful, pleading look. So that night, Yu Heng made a bed on the floor beside his bed.
On the tenth night, Yu Heng pointed to a bruise on his leg from bumping it on the corner of the bed and said the floor was dangerous. So from that night on, there was an extra person in Fu Yuanye's bed.
On the twentieth night, listening to thunder rumble outside, Fu Yuanye looked down at Yu Heng sleeping soundly in his arms like a koala and wondered if something was wrong.
Was this college student taking too many liberties?
Should he kick him out?
Boom!
A clap of thunder crashed outside, and Yu Heng shivered in his arms.
Fu Yuanye's brow was still furrowed at how far things had gone off track, but his hand had already risen of its own accord and landed on Yu Heng's back
Patting him gently, as if to soothe him.

"So I followed the Big Dipper, making my way to Yuanye, where you were waiting."

[Stone-faced, devoted husband top x bad-tempered bottom]
[Ji Tingli (top) x Jiang Ling (bottom)]
The heirs of the Ji and Jiang families, two of Nancheng's most powerful clans, were married in a union that sent shock waves through the city.
Their families were a perfect match, but their personalities couldn't have been more incompatible.
Ji Tingli was arrogant and accustomed to being in control of everything. Jiang Ling was aloof and proud, looking at everyone as if they were trash.
The two ill-tempered men argued whenever they met, and a month into their marriage, they were officially living apart.
It started when Ji Tingli overheard Jiang Ling chatting with a friend:
"...Ji Tingli has a nasty temper and is so impatient. He comes home after feeding the dog and doesn't even wash his hands. The only things he has going for him are his face and his figure. Aside from that, he doesn't have any other redeeming qualities..."
The disdain in Jiang Ling's voice made Ji Tingli feel like a speck of dust underfoot.
Furious, Ji Tingli proposed that they live apart.
To his surprise, Jiang Ling agreed without hesitation. "Fine. Let's live apart."
Ji Tingli: ?
Jiang Ling: This really was the most brilliant suggestion to come out of his useless mouth.
Ji Tingli: This is bizarre. Is this guy completely immune to threats?
*
News of their separation spread, and everyone quietly concluded that the Ji and Jiang families' relationship was on the rocks. People began scheming to take advantage of it.
At banquets, more and more people tried to introduce potential partners to Ji Tingli and Jiang Ling. Ji Tingli didn't spare them a glance, but he watched a swarm of people flutter around Jiang Ling like butterflies.
Ji Tingli's expression darkened. He pushed his way to Jiang Ling's side, wrapped an arm intimately around his waist, and nipped at his ear, though his words were vicious.
"Are you planning to cheat on me?"
Jiang Ling swirled the wine in his glass, the corners of his eyes alluring. "You have to live apart for a full year before you can file for divorce. If you care so much about what color hat you're wearing, I can put up with you for a few more months."
That night, Jiang Ling couldn't hold back, and neither could Ji Tingli.
All those months of living apart went to waste in a single night.
The next day.
Ji Tingli gritted his teeth. "Don't you hate me? Why were you crying and calling me hubby last night?"
Jiang Ling replied without expression, "Don't you find me unbearable? Then why were you holding me and saying, 'Baby, you're amazing' last night?"
"..."
Jiang Ling's face was cold as he impatiently nudged the person under the covers.
"If we're going to argue, can you stop holding me first?"

There is no extra TT in this book
I personally like the characters in both of the author's novels. The treatment and description of family relationships are both very good, especially what Tono's father said to him in this book. But when it comes to the emotional line, it is a bit inferior, and both have the feeling of going high and low. It's a pity that I have only read half of this book.
